I took Jillian to Mohonk Mountain House for her birthday. She was speechless at first, grinning from ear to ear. We both just froze in disbelief. Then she started hopping up & down, completely blown away. I got a great video of her reaction, it was magical. 

That rainbow over Mohonk was an energy we shared that will stay with me forever. The greatest rainbow I’ve ever seen. A rare, almost cinematic moment you don’t get twice.

There truly couldn’t have been a better place to celebrate her that day. Watching that rainbow settle over the mountain felt suspended in time. Quiet, powerful, unforgettable.

The calm mountain wind, the silence compared to New York’s constant buzz, the sweeping hills, hiking trails, canoe rides, incredible dinners… it was a perfect reset. Timeless, rare, romantic. Amazing. 

Jillian’s birthday rainbow will always live with me. Easily my favorite month in the entire Journey catalog.
