Street hustling, before moving into the storefront right behind Alvaro, pictured below. This chapter had me outside constantly, putting in long days & chasing every dollar with focus. It was raw, hands-on work, setting up wherever the flow of people felt right & letting the art speak first. There was a certain electricity in that stretch, the kind that comes from being fully immersed in the city while building something brick by brick. Conversations with passersby, repeat supporters pulling up, curious newcomers discovering the work for the first time, it all fueled the momentum. Knowing a storefront was on the horizon added extra motivation, but this phase itself was essential, sharpening instincts, strengthening relationships & reinforcing the foundation that made the next move possible.
