The message from Spike Lee on my 12’s was impactful, not only because of the respect, but because as a fellow lefty, I understand getting ink on my hand when writing. 
I took this photo last year feeling inspired to give myself better direction on the line; from what I already created. It was a feeling, & 2025 helped me understand what weights to use on the fabrics, what people like, what people don’t like as much. Which designs were the grand slams, which were the home runs, which were the singles, etc. I really got into the TYPES of fabrics & keen observation on canvas jackets, bombers, type of metal on zippers, where pockets were, their size, thinking about windbreakers- getting the quarter zips with the pocket underneath so you can place your keys or phone in the middle thru-pocket. Compared to a full zip with two small pockets on either side sounds like a nightmare in the rain, etc. I was thinking of the UTILITY of the wearable art more than ever.
